Vehicle is being sold strictly AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranty or guarantees, expressed or implied. A used-vehicle safety inspection was performed, and the following conditions were noted: Front lower control arm bushings are beginning to crack; condition noted as yellow. There is a major oil leak from the front of the vehicle and/or underneath the engine. The exact source of the leak could not be determined with certainty. All four tires have major shoulder wear and cracking. Tread depth is approximately 4/32" near the shoulders, with lower measurements at the shoulders. The vehicle requires four new tires and a wheel alignment. Current tire size is 245/40R18 97V. Front and rear brake pads measure approximately 4 mm. Inspection noted that approximately 1 mm of remaining material would put them into the red/replace condition. The vehicle has a check-engine light. An attempt was made to connect a Topdon diagnostic scanner, but it would not connect. Multiple attempts were made, and a Snap-on diagnostic scanner was subsequently used. Diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) were found and are attached to the repair order. Driver's rear wheel stud caps are missing. Wheels are curbed and show curb/rim damage. During vehicle movement, the engine was hunting/idle was fluctuating. It was noted that this may be related to diagnostic codes having been erased, and the check-engine light may return. Brake fluid contains approximately 1.8% water content, which was noted to be at the warning stage. Buyer acknowledges that they have been informed of the above conditions and accepts the vehicle in its present condition.
