SparkLease is an independent third-party platform that aggregates and displays vehicle program information (including but not limited to offers, estimated monthly payments, interest rates, incentives, and terms) from manufacturers, dealers, and financial institutions. We do not buy or sell cars. We enable car dealers and other partners to provide you with offers for the sale, lease, finance or purchase of cars through our sites ("Offers"). All offers are from licensed dealers and subject to credit approval (OAC). Verify details with dealers before signing.
Where you are using the site in order to find a car for purchase, by showing an Offer to you through our sites the dealer is not committed to sell or lease a car for that price, and by viewing or accepting an Offer through our sites, you are not committed to buying or leasing a car from that dealer. We cannot guarantee that you will receive any Offers, or whether any Offers will be issued. We are not obliged to review Offers, but may do so as part of our ongoing commitment to customer service or if you ask us to. We, or the dealer, may choose to edit or remove Offers at any time.

*For Car Leasing listings, vehicle pricing includes Freight, Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI, shown as "Varies by dealer" when not reported), an estimated Dealer Fee (capped at $999 unless the dealer's actual fee is provided), and Fees and Levies (A/C Tax, Tire Levy, and any applicable provincial regulatory fee, which vary by province). Prices and payments may not include applicable sales taxes, title, registration, licensing, luxury tax, PPSA/lien registration fees, lender administration fees, insurance, and/or other fees required by law or a lending institution. The payment information provided here is not a commitment by any organization to provide credit, leases or other programs. Your terms may vary. Offer may expire at any time without notification. Lessor must approve lease. All payments and terms are subject to credit approval (OAC). Some conditions apply. Monthly Payment calculation is in Canadian dollars and is based on Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price ('MSRP') and rates in effect at the current time. Retailers are free to set individual prices and charge administration fees which may change the APR or the price of the vehicle. Actual fees are set by the dealer, manufacturer, or governing authority and may differ from the amounts shown. Rates may vary. In the first days of a month, figures may be based on a manufacturer program that ended recently; when this applies it is labelled on the page, the figures are estimates only and not an offer, and the dealership confirms the final terms. Please confirm the final price and fee breakdown with your local retailer before signing.
